The fund size (Asset Under Management) of the scheme is around Rs 26,625 crores and it charges a total expense ratio of around 0.52%. The fund has no exit load charge.

The prime objective of the fund is to generate income through investments in a range of debt and money market instruments while maintaining the optimum balance of yield, safety, and liquidity.


IDFC Low Duration Fund

A low duration fund category debt mutual fund, run and managed by IDFC Mutual Fund House. The fund has 75.5% investment in Debt of which 12.66% is in Government securities, 62.84% in funds invested in very low-risk securities.

The fund size (Asset Under Management) of the scheme is around Rs 6,255 crores and it charges a total expense ratio of around 0.55%. The fund has no exit load charge.

The Scheme seeks to offer an investment avenue for short-term savings by looking to generate returns commensurate with a low-risk strategy from a portfolio that is invested in debt and money market securities such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 6 months and 12 months.
