Basic Details About The NFO…
- Fund Name- Baroda Business Cycle Fund.
- Type- It is an open-ended equity scheme.
- Subscription open date- 24th August 2021
- Subscription close date- 6th September 2021
- Benchmark- BSE 500 TRI
- Minimum Amount for Application during NFO- Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 1 after that.
- Minimum Additional Purchase Amount- Rs 1000 and in multiples of Rs 1 after that.
- Plans- Both Direct and Regular Plans are available
- Options Available- Both Growth and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option (ICDW)
- Min. SIP Amount- Rs. 500 and in multiples of Rs. 1 thereafter per installment.
Investment Objective…….
The new NFO launched is an equity category fund, that aims to generate long-term capital appreciation for investors by investing in shares of companies by focusing on business cycles in the economy.

Exit Load Trends In The NFO……
The fund has no entry load however it has different terms for exit load listed below:
- If units purchased or switched in from another scheme of the Fund are redeemed or switched out, up to 10% of the units (the limit) purchased or switched on or before 1 year from the date of allotment, then there will be no exit load charged.
- If units are redeemed over and above the 10% limit, before 1 year from the date of allotment then an exit load equal to 1% of the applicable NAV will be charged.
- If units purchased or switched in from another scheme of the Fund are redeemed or switched out after 1 year from the date of allotment, then no exit load will be charged.

All the fund managers managing this NFO are experienced for more than 15 years in the mutual fund industry. The fund managers appointed for the Baroda Business Cycle Fund are Mr. Sanjay Chawla (Chief Investment Officer), Mr. Abul Fateh (Senior Equity Analyst and Fund Manager) and Mr. Pratish Krishnan (Senior Equity Analyst and Fund Manager, Dedicated fund manager for overseas investments).
