Basic Details About The NFO…

  • Fund Name- HDFC Multi-Cap Fund.
  • Type- An open-ended multi-cap fund.
  • Subscription open date- 23rd November 2021
  • Subscription close date- 7th December 2021
  • Benchmark- NIFTY500 Multicap 50:25:25 Index
  • Minimum Amount for Application during NFO- Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 1 after that.
  • Minimum SIP Amount- Rs 500 (for minimum 6 months) and in multiples of Rs 1 after that.
  • Plans- Both Direct and Regular Plans are available
  • Options Available- Both Growth and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option (ICDW)


Investment Objective…….

The new NFO launched is an open-ended multi-cap fund that follows benchmark index, NIFTY500 Multicap 50:25:25 Index.

The primary investment objective of this fund is To generate long-term capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity-related securities of large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap companies.

However, there is no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of the scheme will be achieved.


Exit Load Trends In The NFO……

The fund has no entry load, however, exit load is applicable on the switch or redeem of units after asset allocation.

  • 1% if redeemed or switched out on or before completion of 1 year or 365 days from the date of allotment of units.
  • Nil, thereafter.

The fund manager appointed to manage the asset allocation is Mr. Gopal Agrawal. Gopal has over 20 years of experience in the finance sector. Currently, he has been managing around 12 schemes.
