What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we receive the name, mobile number and — if you choose to give it — email address you entered, along with which calculator or page you sent it from. We use these solely to contact you about that enquiry.

Our web server keeps standard access logs containing IP address, timestamp, the page requested and your browser’s user-agent string. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and are rotated on a short cycle.

What we do not collect

• Anything you type into a calculator. Every calculation on this site is performed in your browser. Your income, your corpus, your goals and your risk answers are not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
• Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
• Payment details. We never take custody of client money — investments move directly from your bank account to the asset management company.

Fund and NAV data

The scheme list is built from the daily NAV file published by AMFI. When you open a scheme in the backtester, its NAV history is fetched through our own server rather than directly from the upstream data source, so your browser never contacts that third party and your IP address is not exposed to it.

If you become a client

Investing requires KYC information — PAN, Aadhaar, bank details and so on. That is collected separately through the applicable KYC process and is shared with the registrars, asset management companies and KRAs that regulation requires. Portfolio and transaction records are held in our client portal, which is operated for us by a third-party platform provider and is governed by its own terms.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our own business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details, or to stop contacting you, at any time — write to [email protected] or call the office and we will act on it.
